摘　　要：目的建立中药酊剂甲醇量检查法的不确定度分析方法。方法以气相色谱法测定正骨水中的甲醇量为例,通过分析测量过程,确定甲醇量检查法的不确定度来源,采用不确定度的评估方法,量化不确定度分量,计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果气相色谱法测定中药酊剂甲醇量的扩展不确定度为±0.00078%。结论本文可为甲醇量检查法的测量不确定度评估提供参考。Objective To establish an uncertainty analysis method for the determination of methanol content in tincture of Chinese materia medica.Methods Taking the determination of methanol in bone setting water by gas chromatography as an example,the uncertainty source of methanol amount inspection method was determined through analyzing the measurement process,and the uncertainty component was quantified,and the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated by using the evaluation method of uncertainty.Results The expanded uncertainty of determination of methanol in tincture of Chinese materia medica by gas chromatography is±0.00078%.Conclusion This paper provides reference for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty of methanol content inspection method.
