摘　　要：近年来,小儿多发性抽动症发病率逐年升高,已成为儿童常见精神类疾病。本病主要责之于肝、脾两脏,基本病机是风阳内动。小儿肝常有余,脾常不足,一旦后天调养失宜,就会导致肝阳化风,肝风内动;脾虚食积,虚风内扰。治疗上,刘教授强调平肝潜阳、柔肝熄风、健脾益气、消食化积,使用虫类药物搜风通络以及随证灵活加减,临床效果显著。In recent years,the incidence of tourette's syndrome in children has increased year by year,and it has become a common mental disease in children.The liver and spleen are mainly responsible for this disease,and the basic pathogenesis is the internal stirring of hyperactive liver yang and wind.Children often have excessive liver qi and deficient spleen qi.Once the afterward nursing is inappropriate,it will lead to hyperactive liver yang causing wind and internal stirring of liver wind.Deficiency of spleen causes food retention,and deficiency of wind causes endogenous stirring.In treatment,Professor Liu emphasized suppressing hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind,softening liver for calming endogenous wind,invigorating spleen and benefiting qi,and promoting digestion and resolving food retention.The application of insect drugs to dispel wind and dredge collaterals and modify flexibly with the syndrome has obvious clinical therapeutic efficacy.
