复元活血汤在单纯性肋骨骨折胸痛患者治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的通过运用复元活血汤治疗单纯性肋骨骨折所致胸痛,明确复元活血汤治疗胸痛的临床疗效,为其临床更广泛、有效的使用提供参考价值。方法选取我科2019年1~12月符合单纯性肋骨骨折诊断标准的住院患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组30例给予肋骨骨折的常规治疗,卧床休息、肋骨固定带固定、活血止痛膏外敷、护理治疗及预防并发症2周治疗,治疗组30例在对照组的治疗基础上,加予口服复元活血汤治疗。治疗两周后对两组患者的临床疗效进行评价。结果两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组(痊愈+显效)率比较,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复元活血汤对临床肋骨骨折致胸痛患者治疗效果显著,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To clarify the clinical efficacy of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction in treating chest pain through its application to the chest pain caused by simple rib fracture,so as to provide reference value for its wider and more effective use in clinical practice.Methods A total of 60 inpatients who met the diagnostic criteria of simple rib fracture in our department from January to December 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=30)was given conventional treatment of rib fracture,which included bed rest,fixation of rib fixation belt,external application of Huoxue Zhitong ointment,nursing therapy and the prevention treatment of complications for 2 weeks.The treatment group(n=30)was administered Fuyuan Huoxue decoction orally for treatment on the basis of the control group.After two weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy for the two groups of patients was evaluated.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of curative and effectual rate,that of the treatment group was higher to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuyuan Huoxue decoction produces significant clinical effect on the chest pain caused by rib fracture.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
