摘 要:目的观察德谷胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的疗效,以期能够改善2型糖尿病的临床疗效,改善预后。方法采用前瞻性分析的研究方法,对2019年1月~2020年4月我院门诊及病房收治的82例2型糖尿病患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各41例。观察组采用德谷胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗,对照组采用长秀霖胰岛素和阿卡波糖治疗。对两组患者治疗前后的FPG、2hPG、TC、TG、SOD、MDA、IL-6水平,治疗后的血糖控制情况及不良反应情况进行比较。结果治疗后两组患者的FPG、2hPG、TC、TG水平较治疗前均降低,且观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的SOD水平较治疗前均升高,且观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MDA、IL-6水平较治疗前均降低,且观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的血糖达标时间、低血糖次数、胰岛素用量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组患者的不良反应发生率比较,观察组较低,差异统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论德谷胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病能够有效控制血糖,改善氧化应激反应,且能减少低血糖的发生。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of insulin degludec combined with acarbose on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),so as to improve the clinical efficacy and prognosis of T2DM.Methods A total of 82 patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were researched by prospective analysis method.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=41)and the control group(n=41).The observation group was treated with insulin degludec combined with acarbose,while the control group was treated with insulin Changxiulin combined with acarbose.The levels of FPG,2hPG,TC,TG,SOD,MDA,IL-6,blood glucose control and adverse reactions(ADRs)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of FPG,2hPG,TC and TG in the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SOD levels of patients in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the SOD level in the observation group was higher,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of MDA and IL-6 were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of reaching target of blood glucose,the times of hypoglycemia and the amount of insulin in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of ADRs in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of T2DM with insulin degludec combined with acarbose can effectively control the blood glucose,improve oxidative stress and reduce hypoglycemia.
