多巴胺联合多巴酚酊胺在难治性心力衰竭患者住院期间症状转归情况分析

摘　　要：目的观察多巴胺与多巴酚酊胺联合用药对难治性心衰患者住院期间症状转归情况的影响。方法选择我院2017年6月~2018年6月心血管内科收治的难治性心力衰竭患者共72例,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=37)与对照组(n=35),对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予多巴胺联合多巴酚酊胺治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果研究组临床总有效率为94.59%,高于对照组临床总有效率的71.43%(P<0.05);研究组症状缓解时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组心功能指标,心脏指数(CI)、心搏出量(SV)及射血分数(EF)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组心功能指标高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论难治性心力衰竭患者给予多巴胺联合多巴酚酊胺治疗,可显著提高其临床疗效,缩短患者症状缓解时间及住院时间,改善患者心功能指标,可广泛推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of dopamine combined with dobutamine on the outcome of symptoms in patients with refractory heart failure during hospitalization.Methods A total of 72 patients with refractory heart failure admitted to department of vasculocardiology in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into the study group(n=37)and the control group(n=35)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine drug,while the study group was treated with dopamine combined with dobutamine.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group(94.59%)was higher than that of the control group(71.43%)(P<0.05).The duration of symptom relief and the time of hospitalization in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cardiac function indexes,cardiac index(CI),stroke volume(SV),ejection fractions(EF),between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion dopamine combined with dobutamine for the treatment of patients with refractory heart failure can significantly improve its clinical efficacy,shorten the duration of symptom relief and the time of hospitalization,and improve the cardiac function indexes of patients,which can be widely applied and promoted.
