摘　　要：目的探讨利培酮结合护理干预对慢性精神病患者服药依从性的影响。方法选取2018年6月~2019年5月我院就诊的120例慢性精神病患者作为研究对象,采用随机综合平衡法,将其分为A组(n=60,常规护理)和B组(n=60,综合护理),比较两组服药依从性、舒适度评分、生活质量评分、家属满意度。结果B组患者服药依从率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者舒适度评分、生活质量评分均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者家属满意度高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性精神病患者中应用利培酮结合护理干预,临床效果显著,患者的服药依从性、舒适度、生活质量明显提高,家属满意度较高。Objective To explore the effect of risperidone combined with nursing intervention on the drug compliance of the patients with chronic psychosis.Methods From June 2018 to May 2019,a total of 120 patients with chronic psychosis were selected as the subjects of research and were divided into the group A(n=60,conventional nursing)and the group B(n=60,comprehensive nursing)through random comprehensive balance method.The drug compliance,comfort scores,quality of life(QoL)scores and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of drug compliance of the patients in the group B was higher than that in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the comfort scores and QoL scores of the patients in the group B were both higher than those in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the family satisfaction of the patients in the group B was more than that in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In treating the patients with chronic psychosis,risperidone combined with nursing intervention has significant clinical effect.The patients'drug compliance,comfort and QoL are obviously improved,and their families are much satisfied with the nursing work.
