电话宣教联合聚乙二醇在大肠癌筛查肠道准备的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评估电话宣教联合聚乙二醇在大肠癌筛查肠道准备中的清洁效果。方法2019年4~12月于北京丰台右安门医院进行大肠癌筛查患者232例,采用随机数字表法分为电话宣教组和常规宣教组,两组均给予口头、书面告知,电话宣教组在结肠镜检查前2d进行电话提醒。对比两组患者的结肠清洁度、息肉检出率、腺瘤检出率以及满意度、不良反应发生率。结果电话宣教组的肠道清洁度优于常规宣教组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电话宣教组患者不良反应发生率显著低于常规宣教组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的结肠镜检查满意率、息肉检出率和腺瘤检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电话宣教联合复方聚乙二醇的肠道准备方法清洁效果好,不良反应发生率低,可作为大肠癌筛查肠道准备方式。Objective To evaluate the cleaning efficacy of telephone education combined with polyethylene glycol in bowel preparation for colorectal cancer screening.Methods 232 patients with colorectal cancer screened in Beijing Fengtai You’anmen Hospital from April 2019 to December 2019 were divided into the telephone education group and the conventional education group according to the random number table method.Both groups were informed orally and in written notification,and the telephone education group was reminded by telephone 2 days before colonoscopy.Colon cleanliness,detection rate of polyp and adenoma,satisfaction rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The BBPS score in the telephone education group was significantly higer than that in the conventional education group,the incidence of ADRs in the telephone education group was significantly lower than that in the conventional education group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the satisfaction rate of colonoscopy,detection rates of polyp and adenoma between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The bowel preparation method of telephone education combined with compound polyethylene glycol has good cleaning efficacy and low incidence of ADRs and can be used as the bowel preparation method for colorectal cancer screening.
