摘　　要：基于Siebel与UAP开发环境,对从数字化客户服务系统提交服务请求到飞机客服公司飞行运行支持系统的处理流程进行了设计和开发.通过本项目的实施,实现了数字化客户服务系统与飞行运行支持系统的实时互通,提高了航空公司客户与飞机客户服务公司工程师沟通效率,解决了客户技术请求提交信息的完整性和有效性问题.Based on Siebel and UAP development environment,the processing flow from digital customer service system to flight operation support system of aircraft customer service company is designed and developed.Through the implementation of this project,the real-time intercommunication between digital customer service system and flight operation support system is realized,the communication efficiency between airline customers and aircraft customer service company engineers is improved,and the problem of information integrity and effectiveness of customer technical request submission is avoided.
