复方玄驹胶囊联合西药治疗子宫内膜薄型不孕症的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的采用Meta分析方法系统评价复方玄驹胶囊联合西药治疗子宫内膜薄型不孕症的临床效果。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、Cochrane图书馆、PubMed等电子数据库(1997年1月至2020年3月)关于比较复方玄驹胶囊联合西药和单用西药治疗子宫内膜薄型不孕症的疗效。2名专业研究者依据纳入标准和排除标准对文献进行筛选,提取文献相关信息,从而评价文献方法学质量,采用Revman5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8个临床试验,共776例薄型子宫内膜患者进入分析。Meta分析结果显示:复方玄驹胶囊联合西药在患者总有效率[RR=1.25,95%CI(1.13,1.37),P<0.001]、改善临床妊娠率[RR=1.52,95%CI(1.29,1.79),P<0.001]、子宫内膜厚度[WMD=1.84,95%CI(1.22,2.47),P<0.001]、降低患者卵巢平均血流阻力指数(RI)[WMD=-0.08,95%CI(-0.10,-0.06),P<0.001]方面均优于单用西药。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合西药能增加患者子宫内膜厚度,提高薄型子宫内膜患者的妊娠率。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of compound Xuanju capsule combined with Western medicine in infertile patients with thin endometrium by meta-analysis.Methods:A computer-based search for relevant papers in the CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP Database,Cochrane Library,PubMed and other electronic databases from January 1997 to March 2020 was conducted to compare the efficacy of compound Xuanju capsule plus Western medicine with Western medicine alone for infertile patients with thin endometrium.Two researchers independently screened the literatures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted the information,and evaluated the methodological quality of the included literatures.And meta-analysis was conducted by using Revman5.3 software.Results:A total of 8 randomized controlled trials involving 776 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate[RR=1.25,95%CI(1.13,1.37),P<0.001],improving clinical pregnancy rate[RR=1.52,95%CI(1.29,1.79),P<0.001],increasing endometrial thickness[WMD=1.84,95%CI(1.22,2.47),P<0.001],and reducing mean ovarian blood flow resistance index(RI)[WMD=-0.08,95%CI(-0.10,-0.06),P<0.001]of compound Xuanju capsule combined with Western medicine were better than Western medicine alone.Conclusions:Compound Xuanju capsule combined with Western medicine can increase the endometrial thickness and improve the pregnancy rate of the patients with thin endometrium.
