宁夏设施栽培油桃果实品质分析及综合评价

摘　　要：为筛选适宜宁夏栽培的优良油桃品种,以从陕西引进的6个早熟油桃优系为试材,对其物候期进行调查,对果品质进行测定。测定指标包括果实的横径、纵径、侧径、单果质量、果皮色泽等外观指标和可溶性固形物、总糖、总酸、蛋白质、维生素C等营养物质含量。采用主成分分析法,对6个油桃优系进行果实综合品质评价,并对产量进行测定。结果表明,6个油桃优系在银川地区4月中下旬成熟,在设施栽培条件下,生长势良好。其中,59号、53号、58号3个优系果型中等、色泽亮丽,口感酸甜适中,有一定的商品性,可作为设施栽培早熟新品种进行推广应用。To investigate the phenology and quality,six nectarines introduced from Shaanxi Province were used as test materials.Indexes including longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter,lateral diameter,single fruit quality,peel color and nutrients including soluble solids,total sugar,total acid,vitamin C were measured.Fruit comprehensive quality of six nectarines was evaluated by using principal component analysis method,and the yield was determined.The results showed that 6 nectarines were mature in the middle and late April of Yinchuan.Among them,three varieties had certain commercial properties,which could be used as new varieties of facility cultivation for popularization and application.
