摘　　要：文章针对热成型点焊过程中产生的Al-Si相偏聚集进行了研究,分析了Al-Si相偏析产生的主要原因。经过调整电极压力和预热电流后,有效解决了Al-Si偏聚问题,保证了焊点力学性能满足使用要求。In this paper,the segregation of Al-Si phase in spot welding process of hot-forming-steel was studied,and the main causes of the Al-Si segregation were analyzed.Though adjusting the electrode pressure and preheating current,the problem of Al-Si segregation will be effectively solved.After optimization the mechanical properties of the welding spots can meet the use requirements.
