摘　　要：充电基础设施的合理规划,为电动汽车普及及产业健康发展提供了必要保障。文章从两大方面阐述了德州市充电基础设施发展现状及存在的问题,并在研究国家发展规划的基础上,从四个方面探究其发展策略,希望能为德州市充电基础设施建设提供参考。The reasonable planning of charging infrastructure provides the necessary guarantee for the popularization of electric vehicles and the healthy development of the industry.The article expounds the development status and existing problems of Dezhou's charging infrastructure from two aspects,and studies its development strategies from four aspects based on the study of the national development plan,hoping to provide references for the construction of Dezhou's charging infrastructure.
