摘　　要：小柴胡汤在临床应用中较广泛,具有解热、抗炎、降血糖、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖等药理作用,可治疗发热、亚急性甲状腺炎、乙型肝炎、2型糖尿病、肿瘤等疾病,本文综述了小柴胡汤的药理作用及临床应用。Minor bupleurum decoction is widely used in clinic and has the pharmacological efficacies of antipyresis,anti-inflammation,hypoglycemic action and inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,etc.It can be used to treat fever,subacute thyroiditis,hepatitis B,type 2 diabetes mellitus,tumors and other diseases.The pharmacological efficacy and clinical application of minor bupleurum decoction was reviewed in this paper.
