阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合双黄连口服液治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及其对炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的分析阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合双黄连口服液治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及其对炎症因子的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2018年3月~2019年12月收治的小儿支原体肺炎患儿80例,按其治疗方式分组,其中40例接受阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合双黄连口服液治疗(研究组),另40例仅接受阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗(对照组),比较两组治疗效果,如疗效、患儿炎症因子指标等。结果研究组总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(62.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前组间炎症因子指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支原体肺炎在接受阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗基础上,再给予双黄连口服液,其炎症因子指标改善效果更明显,且疗效好。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of azithromycin sequential therapy combined with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasmal pneumonia and the influence on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 80 children with pediatric mycoplasmal pneumonia admitted to and treated in our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into groups according to their treatment modes.Among them,40 children were treated with azithromycin sequential therapy combined with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid(the study group),and the other 40 children were merely treated with azithromycin sequential therapy(the control group).The curative effect,such as efficacy and indices of inflammatory factors in the children,etc.were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than the 62.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in indices of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When Shuanghuanglian oral liquid is given to children with pediatric mycoplasmal pneumonia in addition to azithromycin sequential therapy,the indices of inflammatory factors will be ameliorated more obviously,and with good efficacy.
