间歇性经口胃管管饲法在延髓背外侧综合征中的护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察间歇性经口胃管管饲法在延髓背外侧综合征患者中的护理效果。方法选取我院2017年1月~2019年12月诊断为延髓背外侧综合征的患者46例作为观察对象。根据不同的护理方法分为对照组(n=23)和观察组(n=23)。对照组在常规护理基础上采用长期留置胃管鼻饲法,观察组在常规护理基础上实施间歇性经口胃管管饲法,观察并比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者吞咽功能的改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于延髓背外侧综合征的患者实施间歇性经口胃管管饲法,可显著改善吞咽功能。Objective To observe the nursing efficacy of intermittent oral gastric tube feeding method in Wallenberg syndrome.Methods A total of 46 patients with Wallenberg syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the observation objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=23)and the observation group(n=23)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given conventional nursing and long-term indwelling gastric tube nasal feeding method,while the observation group was given intermittent oral gastric tube feeding method on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing efficacies of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results The improvement of swallowing function in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermittent oral gastric tube feeding method can significantly improve swallowing function in patients with Wallenberg syndrome.
