摘　　要：目的分析2019年前三季度我院门诊药房的退药情况,以期为医院合理用药提供参考。方法统计我院门诊药房2019年1~9月所有的退药申请单,包括退药的科室分布情况、退药原因和退药的药品种类。结果退药科室排在前三位的是肝病科、消化科、性病科;退药原因排在前三位的是医患沟通不到位、医生把药开多了、患者出现不良反应;退药种类排在前三位的是肝病口服抗病毒、肝病口服保肝、局部麻醉。结论制订好人性化的科室制度最为重要,还要加强临床科室、药学部和患者之间的沟通,医师依照规定开药,药师加强宣传力度,提高患者用药依从性,才是减少退药发生的有效方法。Objective To analyze the drug return in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital in the first three quarters of 2019,so as to provide reference for rational drug use in hospitals.Methods All the application forms for drug return from January to September 2019 in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital were counted,with an eye to the distribution of the departments with drug return,reasons for drug return and types of drugs returned.Results The top three departments with drug return were Hepatology Department,Gastroenterology Department and Department of Venereology;The top three reasons for drug return were that doctor-patient communication was not enough,doctors prescribed drugs more than enough,and patients had adverse reactions;The top three types of drugs returned were oral antiviral drugs against hepatic diseases,oral drugs for liver protection against hepatic diseases and local anesthetic drugs.Conclusion It is most important to establish a humanized department system,and still necessary to strengthen the communication among clinical departments,pharmaceutical department and patients.Only do doctors prescribe drugs according to regulations and pharmacists enhance propaganda and improve the patients'medication compliance can the occurrence of drug return be effectively reduced.
