摘  要:目的探讨糖尿病前期与青年缺血性脑卒中短期不良预后的相关性。方法收集我院2016年1月~2018年10月收治的青年缺血性脑卒中患者178例。测定患者空腹血糖、糖耐量试验2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白。根据血糖水平分为正常血糖组、糖尿病前期组、糖尿病组。正常血糖患者92例(51.7%),糖尿病前期患者54例(30.3%),糖尿病患者32例(18.0%)。分析糖尿病前期与缺血性脑卒中短期不良预后的相关性。结果正常血糖组患者中,不良预后患者有14例(15.2%);糖尿病前期患者中,不良预后患者有19例(35.2%)。糖尿病前期患者的不良预后比例明显高于正常血糖组患者,糖尿病前期与青年缺血性脑卒中患者的短期不良预后相关(OR=3.024,95%CI 1.363~6.713,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病前期增加青年缺血性脑卒中患者短期不良预后的风险。Objective To explore the correlation between pre-diabetes and short-term adverse prognosis of ischemic stroke in young people.Methods A total of 178 young patients with ischemic stroke admitted to and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were collected.The fasting blood glucose,the blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin after 2h of glucose tolerance test of the patients were determined.According to the blood glucose levels,they were divided into the normal blood glucose group,the pre-diabetes group and the diabetes group.There were 92 patients with normal blood glucose(51.7%),54 patients with pre-diabetes(30.3%)and 32 patients with diabetes(18.0%).The correlation between pre-diabetes and short-term adverse prognosis of ischemic stroke was analyzed.Results Among the patients in the normal blood glucose group,14 patients(15.2%)had adverse prognosis;among the patients with pre-diabetes,19 patients(35.2%)had adverse prognosis.The proportion of adverse prognosis of the patients with pre-diabetes was obviously higher than that of the patients in the normal blood glucose group,and pre-diabetes was related to short-term adverse prognosis of young patients with ischemic stroke(OR=3.024,95%CI 1.363-6.713,P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-diabetes increases the risk of short-term adverse prognosis for young patients with ischemic stroke.
