无创面罩式正压通气治疗呼吸衰竭的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析无创面罩式正压通气治疗呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法在2017年1月~2019年12月我院住院治疗的呼吸衰竭患者中,随机抽取70例作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分成两组,常规组患者接受抗炎、平喘、化痰等对症治疗,观察组采取面罩式无创正压通气治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、血气指标变化等有关疗效指标。结果治疗后6、24、72h两组患者pH值、氧分压与二氧化碳分压指标值较本组治疗前均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,治疗后72h观察组患者pH值、氧分压与二氧化碳分压指标值均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于常规组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创面罩式正压通气治疗呼吸衰竭,可有效改善患者血气指标、提高预后,治疗效果确切。Objective To research and analyze the therapeutic efficacy of non-invasive mask positive pressure ventilation on respiratory failure.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,70 cases of respiratory failure admitted to our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the conventional group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The conventional group was given symptomatic treatment such as anti-inflammatory,antiasthmatic and dissolving phlegm,while the observation group was given non-invasive positive pressure ventilation with mask.The therapeutic efficacy and blood gas indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After 6h,24h and 72h treatment,the pH value,oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the pH value,oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure in the observation group were better than those in the conventional group 72 hours after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate in the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 77.14%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive mask positive pressure ventilation on respiratory failure effectively improves the blood gas index and prognosis of patients,and the therapeutic efficacy is exact.
