摘 要:目的对妇科研究生进行腹腔镜模拟训练系统的应用研究解析。方法抽选参加本院腹腔镜模拟训练培养妇科研究生人员共计78名,将2016年学生设为常规组、2017~2018年学生设为实验组,常规组成员40名,实验组成员38名。常规组不参加腹腔镜模拟器训练,只经妇科手术视频训练,实验组基于常规组训练方式上增加妇科腹腔镜模拟系统训练,随后比较两组人员基本操作能力(简单操作项目、复杂操作项目)、教学满意度、综合能力平均成绩等。结果实验组教学满意度较常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经培训前两组间基本操作能力(简单操作项目、复杂操作项目)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。培训后,实验组学员基本操作能力(简单操作项目、复杂操作项目)优于常规组(P<0.05)。实验组学生综合能力中标准化成员检查和手术操作等平均成绩比常规组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间学生问诊成绩评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在进行妇科腹腔镜训练时,采用模拟系统更有利于提升研究生人员的实际操作能力,对其技能操作水平的提升有积极影响,具有广泛推广价值。Objective To study and analyze the application of laparoscopic simulation training system for gynecological postgraduates.Methods A total of 78 postgraduates were selected from those who participated in the laparoscopic simulation training in our hospital.The students of 2016 were taken as the conventional group,and the students of 2017 and 2018 were taken as the experimental group,with 40 members in the conventional group and 38 members in the experimental group.The conventional group did not participate in laparoscopic simulator training,but only received video training of gynecological surgery.The experimental group was given the training of gynecological laparoscopic simulation system on the basis of the training mode of the conventional group.Then the two groups of people were compared in terms of basic operation ability(simple operation items and complex operation items),satisfaction with teaching and average scores of comprehensive ability,etc.Results The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group is higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before training,there was no significant difference in basic operation ability(simple operation items and complex operation items)between the two groups,and the difference was statistically insignificant(P>0.05).After training,the basic operation ability(simple operation items and complex operation items)of the trainees in the experimental group was better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The average scores of standardized member examination and surgical operation in the comprehensive ability of the trainees in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences in numerical value were obvious and with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of students'inquiry between the two groups,and the difference was statistically insignificant(P>0.05).Conclusion In gynecological laparoscopic training,the use of simulation
