摘　　要：目的探讨血站质量分析报告在质量管理中的作用。方法回顾性分析2016年1月~2019年12月本中心血站质量控制情况、血液采集制备和报废率数据、采供血质量管理情况等,解析血站采供血过程及质量管理过程中存在的安全隐患,及时提出改进意见并制订相应的管理措施,提高血站质量管理水平。结果血站质量分析报告显示在采供血质量控制方面,2016~2018年原辅材料、工艺卫生和全血及血液成分抽检量呈下降趋势,同比下降14.83%、7.40%、4.27%,2019年有所回升。仪器设备和试剂检测量呈先下降后上升态势,试剂检测2019年同比2016年增长22.10%。采供血质量管理和血液报废率方面,现场质量问题、采供血数据更改、HBsAg阳性筛查等质量差错明显下降,血液报废率总体呈先下降后上升的趋势。结论通过质量分析报告能够科学的了解到血站工作的不足之处,对不断改进血站工作,提高血站质量管理有着重要的意义。Objective To explore the role of quality analysis report of blood station in quality management.Methods From January 2016 to December 2019,the quality control,data of blood collection,preparation and condemnation rate,and quality management of blood collection and supply,etc.in the blood collection of this center were analyzed retrospectively and the potential safety hazards in the blood collection and supply process and quality management process of the blood station were analyzed.Suggestions for improvement were put forward in time and corresponding management measures were formulated to improve the level of quality management of the blood station.Results The quality analysis report of the blood station showed that in terms of the quality control of blood collection and supply,the sampling inspection quantity of raw and auxiliary materials,environmental sanitation and whole blood and blood components showed a downward trend from 2016 to 2018,which decreased by 14.83%,7.40%and 4.27%year on year,and rebounded in 2019.The detectable quantity of instruments,equipment and reagents decreased first and then increased,and over the same period reagent detection increased by 22.10%in 2019 compared with 2016.In terms of the quality management of blood collection and supply and blood condemnation rate,quality errors such as on-site quality problems,changes of the data of blood collection and supply,HBsAg positive screening,etc.decreased obviously,and the overall blood condemnation rate showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.Conclusion Through the quality analysis report,the shortcomings of the work of blood station can be perceived scientifically,which is of great significance for continuously improving the work of blood station and ameliorating quality management of the blood station.
