从党内政治文化视角探讨“清廉中国”建设理路

摘　　要：党的十九大明确提出,要发展积极健康的党内政治文化,全面净化党内政治生态。这对于建设“清廉中国”具有十分重要的指导意义。本文旨在厘清党内政治文化和清廉价值观的深刻内涵,从马克思主义政党建设的本质要求出发,对如何构建积极健康的政治生态、厚植党内政治文化底蕴、引领新时代“清廉中国”建设进行探索。本文提出建议:提高政治站位,准确把握“清廉中国”建设的战略意义,筑牢全面从严治党的政治根基;强化政治教育,把牢“清廉中国”建设的政治方向;传承中华文脉,培厚“清廉中国”建设的文化底蕴;完善制度机制,强化刚性约束,为“清廉中国”建设提供有力保障,为推进反腐败全球治理贡献中国经验和中国政治智慧。The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that it should develop a positive and healthy political culture within the Party and purify the political ecology within the party.Building a positive and healthy political culture within the Party has very important guiding significance for building a clean and honest China.This article aims to clarify the deep connotation of the Party s political culture and values of integrity,starting from the essential requirements of Marxist party building,how to build a positive and healthy political ecology,plant the Party s political and cultural heritage,and lead the construction of a clean and clean China Thinking and exploring.This article proposes to improve the political position,accurately grasp the strategic significance of building a clean and honest China,and build the political foundation for comprehensive and strict governance of the Party.Strengthen political education,and maintain the political direction of building a clean and honest China.Inherit the Chinese culture and cultivate the cultural heritage of a clean and honest China.Improve the system and mechanism,strengthen rigid constraints,provide a strong guarantee for the construction of a clean China,and contribute Chinese experience and political wisdom to the promotion of anti-corruption global governance.
