摘　　要：芦笋素有“蔬菜之王”的美称,是世界十大名菜之一。井冈芦笋作为吉安市绿色蔬菜产业的主导产品,对保障和调节城乡居民的“菜篮子”具有重要的意义。本文通过对吉安市井冈芦笋主产区的实地调查,基本摸清了全市井冈芦笋的生产规模、主栽品种、分布范围、市场供应和销售等情况,对井冈芦笋产销过程中存在的问题及原因进行了思考和分析,并提出了相应的发展对策。Asparagus,known as the king of vegetables,is one of the top ten famous dishes in the world."Jinggang"asparagus,the leading product as of Ji’an green vegetable industry,is of great significance to guarantee and adjust the"vegetable basket"of urban and rural residents.Based on the field investigation of Jinggang asparagus production area in Ji’an City,the production scale,main varieties,distribution range,market supply and sales of"Jinggang"asparagus were basically found out.The problems and causes in the production and marketing of"Jinggang"asparagus were thought and analyzed,and the relevant development countermeasures were put forward.
