无张力疝修补术联合中药口服治疗老年性腹股沟疝31例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药方剂加味补中益气汤联合无张力疝修补术治疗老年性腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法选取南通市通州区二甲人民医院2015年3月至2020年3月收治的63例老年腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(31例)与对照组(32例)。对照组给予单纯的无张力疝修补术治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予口服加味补中益气汤联合治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及并发症相关指标。结果试验组总优良率为96.77%,高于对照组84.38%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者术后排气时间、住院时间均低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组人均费用低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者术后各项并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者术后疼痛消失时间和切口愈合时间均显著低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无张力疝修补术联合加味补中益气汤治疗具有促进患者康复、提高临床疗效、减少术后并发症的作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with tensionfree hernioplasty in the treatment of senile inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 63 elderly patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Second Class A People's Hospital of Tongzhou District,Nantong City from March 2015 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was given simple tension-free hernioplasty,and the experimental group was given Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and complications related indicators of the two groups were observed.Results The total excellent and good rate of the experimental group was 96.77%,which was higher than 84.38%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The exhaust time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the average cost of the experimental group was also lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain disappearance time and incision healing time of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tension free hernioplasty combined with Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve clinical efficacy and reduce postoperative complications.
