远程实时传输十二导联心电图对心律失常的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨远程实时传输十二导联心电图对心律失常的诊断价值。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月在东台市人民医院接受治疗的98例心律失常患者,依据检查诊断方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组采用常规心电图进行诊断,观察组采用远程实时传输十二导联心电图诊断,比较两组患者心电图诊断时间分辨率、阳性检出率。结果两组患者心电图诊断时间分辨率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组阳性检出率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论采用远程实时传输十二导联心电图诊断心律失常,准确率高,可为临床疾病治疗提供便利。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of remote real-time transmission of 12-lead ECG for arrhythmia.Methods Totally 98 patients with arrhythmia who were treated in Dongtai People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different examination and diagnosis methods,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was diagnosed by conventional ECG,while the observation group was diagnosed by remote real-time transmission of 12-lead ECG.The time resolution and positive detection rate of ECG diagnosis were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the time resolution of ECG diagnosis between the two groups(P>0.05);the positive detection rate was 100.00%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of remote real-time transmission of 12-lead ECG for the diagnosis of arrhythmias has high accuracy and can provide convenience for the treatment of clinical diseases.
