摘　　要：目的:探讨小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺结节的效果。方法:本次研究对在我院接受治疗的甲状腺结节患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,于2015年3月—2016年3月选取84例作为实验对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组(各42例),其中42例实施传统甲状腺切除术治疗,作为Ⅱ组,42例采用小切口甲状腺切除术治疗,作为Ⅰ组,使用SPSS20.0统计学软件比较两组患者治疗效果、术后疼痛程度、并发症发生率。结果:Ⅰ组治疗总有效率为95.24%,显著高于Ⅱ组的80.95%(P<0.05);Ⅰ组相关治疗指标均显著优于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);并发症发生率:Ⅰ组(7.14%)、Ⅱ组(23.81%)差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用本研究中Ⅰ组治疗措施,可明显改善患者颈部疼痛、咽喉部异物感、疼痛等症状,缩短手术治疗时间,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of small incision thyroidectomy on thyroid nodules.Methods:the clinical data of patients with thyroid nodules treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.From March 2015 to March 2016,84 cases were selected as experimental subjects and divided into two groups(42 cases in each group)according to different treatment methods.Among them,42 cases were treated with traditional thyroidectomy as groupⅡ,and 42 cases were treated with small incision thyroidectomy as groupⅠ,Spss20.0 statistical software was used to compare the treatment effect,postoperative pain degree and complication rate between the two groups.Results:the total effective rate of group I was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 80.95%of groupⅡ(P<0.05);the related treatment indexes of groupⅠwere significantly better than that of groupⅡ(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in group I(7.14%)and groupⅡ(23.81%)was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment of group I in this study can significantly improve the symptoms of neck pain,foreign body sensation and pain,shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of complications.
