改良包扎方法对颅脑术后认知功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探究针对颅脑手术患者实施改良包扎方法的应用效果。方法:选取我院2017年1月—2019年12月接受颅脑手术治疗的患者86例,依据包扎方法不同均分两组,以传统包扎方法干预的43例患者为对照组,采用改良包扎方法(即可调压式多功能头带包扎)干预的43例患者为观察组。两组包扎后的舒适度、生活质量与干预前后的MMSE评分(认知功能智力状态简易评价量表)比较。结果:两组舒适度比较,观察组总舒适度为93.02%,对照组总舒适度为74.42%,组间数据具有差异统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生活质量评分与MMSE评分比较,观察组均高于对照组,组间有差异意义(P<0.05)。结论:经可调压式多功能头带进行包扎干预,可有效保障患者舒适度,改善预后,促使患者认知功能恢复,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of improved dressing method for patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery.Methods:86 patients who received craniocervical surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different dressing methods.43 patients who received intervention with traditional dressing method were taken as the control group,and 43 patients who received intervention with improved dressing method(pressure regulating multi-functional head band dressing)were taken as the observation group.Comfort,quality of life after dressing and MMSE scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The comfort level of the two groups was 93.02%in the observation group and 74.42%in the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The quality of life scores and MMSE scores of the two groups were both higher in the observation group than in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention with adjustable pressure multifunctional headband can effectively guarantee the comfort level of patients,improve the prognosis,promote the recovery of patients'cognitive function,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
