咪达唑仑联合芬太尼在儿科机械通气患儿中的镇静镇痛作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨咪达唑仑联合芬太尼用于儿科机械通气患儿中对镇静镇痛效果的影响。方法:选取2017年7月—2019年9月于我院行机械通气的患儿72例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组单纯给予咪达唑仑镇静,观察组加用枸橼酸芬太尼镇静。于用药8h后比较两组镇静效果及镇痛效果。结果:两组用药前心率、舒张压、收缩压及Ramsay评分相比无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组用药后心率、舒张压、收缩压低于对照组,Ramsay评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组用药后N-PASS评分低于用药前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:咪达唑仑联合枸橼酸芬太尼可有效提高儿科机械通气患儿镇静效果,减轻患儿疼痛,值得广泛应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of midazolam combined with fentanyl on sedation and analgesia in pediatric patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods:72 children who received mechanical ventilation in our hospital from July 2017 to September 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,36 cases in each group.The control group was sedated with midazolam alone,while the observation group was sedated with fentanyl citrate.The sedative effect and analgesic effect of the two groups were compared after 8h.Results:there were no significant differences in heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and Ramsay scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the Ramsay score was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The n-pass score after the two groups was lower than that before the treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Midazolam combined with fentanyl citrate can effectively improve the sedation effect of pediatric mechanical ventilation in children,reduce pain,and is worthy of wide application.
