六合丹阴囊湿敷治疗附睾炎疗效及对患者生育功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨六合丹阴囊湿敷辅助治疗急性附睾炎疗效及对患者生育功能影响。方法:选取100例急性附睾炎患者,将编号奇数患者纳入对照组(n=50),偶数纳入观察组(n=50)。对照组采用左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组左氧氟沙星与六合丹阴囊湿敷联合治疗。对比两组疗效、症状、炎症反应、附睾大小及生育功能的影响。结果:观察组总有效率96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组体温下降、肿胀消退、疼痛消失时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清降钙素原、白介素-6、C-反应蛋白水平均降低,且观察组以上指标均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组附睾头厚、体厚、尾厚均显著缩小,且观察组附睾头厚、体厚、尾厚均显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血浆、睾丸组织液中雌二醇水平均显著降低,睾酮水平均显著升高,且观察组血浆、睾丸组织液中E2水平明显低于对照组,T水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星联合六合丹阴囊湿敷治疗急性附睾炎疗效较佳,可改善患者临床症状及生育功能,降低机体炎症反应,促进附睾恢复正常。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of scrotum wet compressing with Liuhe Dan in adjuvant treatment of acute epididymitis and the influence on fertility function.Methods:100 patients with acute epididymitis.Patients with odd numbers were included in the control group(n=50)and patients with even numbers in the observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with levoflox-acin,while the observation group was treated with levoflox-acin and scrotum wet compressing with Liuhe Dan.Clinical effects were comparatively analyzed.Effects on symptoms,inflammatory response,epididymis size and fertility function were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than that of the control group 84.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,time for body temperature dropping,swelling abatement and pain disappearing of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of procalcitonin,interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the two groups decreased significantly.Besides,the above indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,body thickness,tail thickness and head thickness were significantly reduced.Body thickness,tail thickness and head thickness of the observation group were significantly smaller than those of the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,estradiol levels in plasma and testis tissue fluid of the two groups decreased significantly,and testosterone levels increased significantly.The former was significantly lower in observation group than the control group,and the latter was significantly higher than the control group,difference statistically significan(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scrotum wet compressing with levoflox-acin combined with Liuhe Dan is effective in adjuvant treatment of acute epididymitis.It can significantly improve the patient’s clini
