焦树德辨证论治类风湿关节炎经验总结

摘　　要：全国名老中医焦树德教授提出“尪痹”这一病名,把类风湿关节炎归于“尪痹”范畴,病因可概括为正虚、邪侵,根本病机为“肾虚寒盛”,并将类风湿关节炎分成肾虚寒盛证、肾虚标热轻证、肾虚标热重证、湿热伤肾证四个证型,治以“补肾祛寒”为主,以“化湿散风、养肝荣筋”为辅,以“壮骨利节、活血通络”为佐,并创立补肾祛寒治尪汤、加减补肾治尪汤、补肾清热治尪汤、补肾清化治尪汤,辨证论治类风湿关节炎,有效减缓患者疼痛,消减关节肿胀,延缓疾病进展。Professor Jiao Shude,a well-known Chinese medicine doctor in the country,proposed the name of“Wangbi”and classified rheumatoid arthritis into the category of“Wangbi”.The main etiological factors are Zhengxu Xieqin,and the basic pathogenesis is Shenxu Hansheng.Rheumatoid arthritis is divided into four syndrome types Shenxu Hansheng syndrome,Shenxu Biaore qing syndrome,Shenxu Biaore zhong syndrome and Shire Shangshen syndrome.The treatment is mainly based on“Bushen Quhan”,supplemented by“Huashi Sanfeng,Yanggan Rongjin”,and assisted by“Zhuanggu Lijie and Huoxue Tongluo”.Meanwhile,Bushen Quhan Zhiwang decoction,modified Bushen Zhiwang decoction,Bushen Qingre Zhiwang decoction,Bushen Qinghua Zhiwang decoction were founded in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis based on syndrome differentiation,which can effectively relieve the pain pain in patients,reduce joint swelling,and delay the progress of the disease.
