肩井穴“扎跳”联合疏肝调神针法治疗乳癖肝郁痰凝证疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探究肩井穴“扎跳”联合疏肝调神针法治疗乳癖肝郁痰凝证的疗效与安全性。方法:选取112例乳癖肝郁痰凝证患者进行研究,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(58例)和对照组(54例)。对照组给予肩井穴传统针法联合疏肝调神针法治疗,观察组给予肩井穴“扎跳”联合疏肝调神针法治疗,两组均治疗12周。观察两组中医证候积分、临床疗效、性激素及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后乳房肿块、乳房疼痛、全身伴随症状得分均低于对照组;观察组治疗总有效率91.38%,高于对照组72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后孕酮水平高于对照组,雌二醇、促卵泡激素、催乳素水平均低于对照组。观察组总不良反应发生率5.17%低于对照组的9.26%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肩井穴“扎跳”联合疏肝调神针法治疗乳癖肝郁痰凝证效果较好,可有效改善患者临床症状,调节孕激素分泌,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Jianjing point“Zha Tiao”combined with Shugan Tiaoshen acupuncture in the treatment of mammary lump with syndrome of Ganyu Tanning.Methods:112 patients with mammary lump of syndrome of Ganyu Tanning were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(58 cases)and the control group(54 cases).The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture of Jianjing point combined with Shugan Tiaoshen acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with“Zha Tiao”of Jianjing point combined with Shugan Tiaoshen acupuncture.After 12 weeks,the TCM syndrome score,clinical effect,sex hormone and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:The scores of breast mass,breast pain and systemic accompanying symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group 91.38%was higher than that of the control group 72.22%the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of progesterone in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone and prolactin were lower than those in the control group.The overall adverse reaction rate of the observation group 5.17%was lower than that of the control group 9.26%,and the difference not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jianjing point“Zha Tiao”combined with Shugan Tiaoshen acupuncture has better effect on the mammary lump of syndrome of Ganyu Tanning,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,and regulate the secretion of progesterone with higher safety.
