摘　　要：内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)经数代消化内镜医师共同努力,越来越多的胰胆疾病可通过ERCP技术得到明确诊断和有效治疗。本文按照疾病分类,对急性胆管炎、胰腺癌、良性胆道梗阻、胆管癌、慢性胰腺炎、胰腺分裂症等疾病,总结既往文献报道,归纳诊治新进展,期待ERCP技术的进一步突破。Due to the efforts of several generations of endoscopists,endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)is becoming better,and diagnoses clearly and treats effectively more pancreaticobiliary diseases.According to the disease classification,the review recalls previous researches on acute cholangitis,pancreatic cancer,benign biliary stenosis,cholangiocarcinoma,chronic pancreatitis,pancreas divisum,and summarizes new development of ERCP,and we all expect more breakthroughs in the future.
