摘 要:21世纪以来,粤剧发生了力度相当大的改革,在舞美、音乐、题材内容、表现手法、传播形式等方面都有了不少改革措施。在改革创新的同时,也存在一些问题,如资金短缺、人才缺乏、改革经验不足。这些改革也引发了一些争议。粤剧具有娱乐性、商业性和包容性,其发展的方向就是回归市场。在发展中,要注意提高领导者的管理水平,处理好市场和艺术的关系,同时在传承和发展的问题上,要理解三个点:以新带旧、新旧并存、用辩证眼光看待粤剧。传承和发展、传统和创新并不是割裂的。Since the beginning of the 21st century,Cantonese opera has undergone considerable reform,and there have been many reform measures in the beauty of dance,music,subject matter,expression techniques,the form of transmission and so on.At the same time of the reform and innovation,there are some problems,such as the shortage of funds,the lack of talents,and the lack of experience in the reform.And these reforms have also raised some controversy.Cantonese opera is entertaining,commercial and inclusive,and its direction of development is to return to the market.In the process of development,we should pay attention to improving the management level of leaders and deal with the relationship between market and art.At the same time,in the issue of inheritance and development,we should understand three points:bringing the old with the new,new and old coexist,and looking at Cantonese opera from a dialectical point of view.Inheritance and development,tradition and innovation,are not separated.
