摘  要:分布式电源在配电网的接入规模越来越大,其接入会使配电网可靠性评估变得更加困难。在对分布式电源出力模型分析的基础上,采用将馈线分区法与故障模式影响分析法相结合的配电网供电可靠性计算方法,建立含分布式电源的IEEE-RBTS BUS6的主馈线F4计算实例,对分布式电源接入前、接入后及不同接入容量下的配电网可靠性进行相应的计算分析,获得了分布式电源接入对配电网可靠性的影响规律,可为分布式电源的接入及配电网可靠性的提升提供有效的技术指导。While distributed power supply is accessed to the distribution network on a larger and larger scale,it becomes more difficult to assess the reliability of the distribution network.Based on the analysis of the output model of distributed power supply,a calculation method for the power supply reliability of the distribution network combining feeder partition method and failure mode influence analysis method was adopted to establish a calculation example of IEEE-RBTS BUS6 main feeder F4 containing distributed power supply.Thus,calculation analysis was made on distribution network reliability before and after access of distributed power supply and for different access capacities.The law of influence of access of distributed power supply upon the reliability of the distribution network was obtained,thus providing effective technical guidance for the access of distributed power supply and for the improvement of the reliability of the distribution network.
