摘 要:在医院气动传输系统维护中,有效的积水清理和管道泄漏点定位精度直接影响着管道传输与检修的效果。为此,在分析医院气动传输系统积水的相关影响因素的基础上,构建积水分析模型,通过输气效率分析、沿程降温计算和数据校验过程确定医院气动传输系统的积水位置。通过信息融合的方法融合负压波法和音波法的定位结果,从而实现医院气动传输系统管道泄露位置的精准定位,完成管道检修。结果表明:方法对管道泄漏点的定位精度较高,且应用后传输系统的输气效率与理想值较接近。In the maintenance of hospital pneumatic transmission systems,effective water removal and location accuracy of pipeline leakage points have a direct influence upon the effect of pipeline transmission and maintenance.In this background,based on an analysis of relevant influencing factors of water accumulation in the hospital pneumatic transmission system,a water accumulation analysis model was built in this study.Water accumulation positions in the hospital pneumatic transmission system were determined through gas transmission efficiency analysis,temperature drop calculation along the way as well as data verification.Location results of the negative pressure wave method and the sound wave method were mixed with the information fusion method so as to achieve accurate positioning of pipeline leak points of the hospital pneumatic transmission system and complete pipeline maintenance.The results showed that this method could achieve a high positioning accuracy for pipeline leakage points,and gas transmission efficiency of the transmission system came up to a level quite close to its ideal value.
