腓动脉外踝后上穿支皮瓣修复小腿下段前外侧创面的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨腓动脉外踝后上穿支皮瓣修复小腿下段前外侧创面的临床应用疗效。方法选择2018年12月至2020年1月于重庆市涪陵中心医院应用腓动脉外踝后上穿支皮瓣修复小腿下段前外侧创面的患者15例,皮瓣面积大小为3 cm×3 cm^6 cm×8 cm,术后观察患者创面愈合时间、皮瓣外观、皮瓣质地及满意度等指标,并评价临床疗效。结果腓动脉外踝后上穿支皮瓣位置恒定,术后随访2~12个月,15例患者皮瓣全部存活,外观色泽满意,弹性好,患者满意度高,供区均完全愈合,恢复好。结论腓动脉外踝后上穿支皮瓣血供明确,皮瓣厚薄适中,质地和弹性好,手术操作简便,是修复小腿下段前外侧创面的理想供区。Objective To investigate the surgical method and clinical effect of peroneal artery lateral retromalleolar perforator flap in repairing the anterolateral wound of the lower segment of shank.Methods Totally 15 patients with anterolateral wound of the lower segment of shank who repaired by peroneal artery lateral retromalleolar perforator flap in Fuling Central Hospital of Chongqing from December 2018 to January 2020 were selected. The area of the flap was 3 cm×3 cm to 6 cm×8 cm.The clinical indicators such as wound healing time,flap appearance,flap texture and patients satisfaction were observed and the clinical effect was evaluated after the operation. Results The position of peroneal artery lateral retromalleolar perforator flap was constant. All patients were followed up for 2 to 12 months and all the flaps were survived with satisfactory appearance and color,good elasticity,and high patient satisfaction,and donor area healed completely and recovered well. Conclusion The peroneal artery lateral retromalleolar perforator flap has the advantages of clear blood supply,suitable thickness,soft texture,good elasticity and simple operation,which is an ideal donor area for repairing the anterolateral wound of the lower segment of shank.
