军医大学无军籍学员医学职业精神培育现状及对策分析

摘　　要：军医大学无军籍学员,作为军队卫勤后备力量的重要储备,是在军医大学优质教学资源依托下,贯彻落实军民融合发展战略的重要体现。从军医大学无军籍学员培养的总体现状入手,聚焦无军籍学员的医学职业精神培育现状,如,无军籍学员成绩好、学习能力强,但职业态度不够积极;无军籍学员从医初心多样、来源广,但职业认同感不够强烈;无军籍学员思想活跃、职业价值观积极,但职业信念不够坚定等。在此基础上提出解决对策:以医学人文素养为抓手,内化医学职业精神;丰富实践教学活动,聚焦人文实践能力塑培;优化课程体系,增强医德实践能力等。As an important reserve of military medical reserve force,the non-military cadets of the military medical university are an important manifestation of the implementation of the military-civilian integration development strategy based on the high-quality teaching resources of the military medical university.Starting from the general status of the cultivation of non-military cadets in the military medical university,this study focuses on the current status of the cultivation of medical professionalism of non-military cadets.For example,non-military cadets have good academic performance and strong learning ability,but their professional attitude is not positive enough;the cadets with no military status have diverse starting intentions and wide sources of medical services,but their professional identity is not strong;the cadets are active in thought and active in professional values,but their professional beliefs are not firm enough,etc.On this basis,this study proposed some countermeasures,including:taking medical humanities as the starting point,internalizing medical professionalism;enriching practical teaching activities,focusing on humanistic practical ability training;optimizing the curriculum system,enhancing medical ethics practical ability,etc.
