摘　　要：目的评价成人糖尿病患者接种乙型肝炎疫苗(HepB)的免疫应答效果。方法通过7种中英文文献数据库,检索1989年1月-2019年12月发表的≥18岁糖尿病患者接种HepB后免疫应答的研究文献,进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8篇研究文献。Meta分析显示,糖尿病患者按照0-1-6月程序接种HepB后乙肝表面抗体(HBsAb)阳转率低于非糖尿病人群(合并OR=0.41,95%CI:0.33-0.50)。结论糖尿病可能是影响HepB免疫应答效果的危险因素。需探索糖尿病患者接种HepB的最佳免疫方案。Objective To assess the immune response to hepatitis B vaccine(HepB)among adult diabetes patients.Methods We used 7 Chinese and English literature databases to search for studies on immune response to HepB vaccination among diabetes patients aged≥18 years published from January 1989 to December 2019;we conducted a meta-analysis.Results Eight studies were included.Meta-analysis showed that the seroconversion rate of hepatitis B surface antibody(HBsAb)after HepB vaccination using a 0-1-6-month immunization schedule was lower in diabetes patients than in patients without diabetes(combined OR=0.41,95%CI:0.33-0.50).Conclusions Diabetes is a risk factor for low immune response to HepB vaccine.We should explore an optimal HepB immunization schedule for patients with diabetes.
