造口护肤粉联合3M液体敷料在小儿肛肠疾病术后肛周皮肤护理中的应用

摘　　要：为观察造口护肤粉联合3M液体敷料在小儿肛肠疾病术后肛周皮肤护理中的应用效果,将96例行手术治疗的肛肠疾病患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组患儿肛周皮肤采用常规护理干预,观察组患儿给予造口护肤粉联合3M液体敷料护理干预,比较2组患儿肛周皮肤护理效果以及家长护理满意度。结果显示,护理后观察组患儿肛周皮肤护理总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);护理后观察组患儿家长护理满意率为89.58%,明显高于对照组的72.92%(P<0.05)。结果表明,相较于常规护理干预,造口护肤粉联合3M液体敷料护理干预可以显著提高肛肠疾病手术患儿术后肛周皮肤的护理效果,且提高了患儿家长的护理满意度。This study was to observe the efficacy of Zaokou Hufu Fen(powder)plus 3 Mliquid dressing applied in care of perianal skin after surgery for infantile coloproctological diseases,randomly divided 96 child-patients undergoing surgery for their coloproctological diseases into control group(48 cases,adopted routine care of perianal skin)and observation group(48 cases,adopted the powder plus 3 Mliquid dressing in care of perianal skin);then,compared both groups’care efficacy on perianal skin,and parents’satisfactory degree.As results,in both of total effective rate and satisfactory degree observation group was all significantly higher than control group(91.67%vs 75.00%,P<0.05;89.58%vs 72.92%,P<0.05).Results show that compared with routine care intervention the powder plus 3 Mliquid dressing applied in care of perianal skin can significantly enhance its efficacy,thus also increase parents’satisfactory degree.
