摘　　要：当今世界正处在大发展、大变革、大调整时期,互联网的普及与发展给人类文明进步带来机遇也造成了挑战。同时,伴随着互联网发展不平衡和规则不健全,网络空间建设与治理问题日渐紧迫。依据互联网发展趋势,习近平就网络空间的基本特质、使用、发展与管理提出了真知灼见,包括“共建、共享、共治”的原则以及网络空间责任共同体、利益共同体、发展共同体、安全共同体等理念,形成了网络空间命运共同体思想。习近平提出的网络空间命运共同体的战略愿景,创造性地把中国智慧、中国担当和时代特征、人类命运融合为一体,为全球互联网发展和网络空间的治理提供了重要依据,具有重要的时代价值。The current world is experiencing dramatic development,transformation and adjustments,and the development of the Internet has brought opportunities as well as challenges to human civilization.Meanwhile,with the unbalanced development of the Internet and imperfect rules,the problem in cyberspace governance is becoming more and more urgent for solution.Based on the trend of the Internet development,Xi Jinping has raised a variety of insights on the characteristics,application,development and governance of cyberspace,including the principle of joint-construction,shared benefits and co-governance,the philosophy of the community of shared responsibilities,common interests and co-development,forming the theory of the Cyberspace Community of a Shared Future.Xi Jinping’s thoughts on the Cyberspace Community of a Shared Future integrates China’s wisdom,responsibility into the characteristics of the era as well as the destiny of mankind.It lays the foundation for the development of the global Internet alongwith the governance of cyberspace and endows great value to the era.
