摘　　要：国家会议中心二期项目包含会议中心、展览中心和配套设施,建成后将成为北京市重要的地标性建筑,承担举办国务、政务及高端国际交往活动的职能。由于其特殊的使用功能要求,其设计中存在着超大防火分区,需要进行消防性能化分析和设计。本文根据最新规范GB 51309-2018《消防应急照明和疏散指示系统技术标准》和消防性能化要求,结合本项目实际需求,进行分析总结。National Conference Center PhaseⅡproject includes a conference center,an exhibition center and supporting facilities.After completion,it will be an important landmark in Beijing,and will be responsible for holding state affairs,government affairs and high-end international exchanges.Due to its special functional requirements,there are very large fire compartments in its design,which needs fire performance analysis and design.According to the latest code"Technical standard for fire emergency lighting and evacuate indicating system"(GB 51309-2018)and fire performance requirements,this paper analyzes and summarizes the actual needs of the project.
