摘　　要：利益问题是区域性图书馆联盟成员之间合作的核心问题。唯有协调好利益问题,在利益共享的基础上区域合作才能长久。本文在分析区域性图书馆联盟利益平衡内涵的基础上,厘清构建区域性图书馆联盟利益平衡机制的思路,通过调查研究,分析了当前区域图书馆联盟利益分配、利益协调、利益保障中存在的不足,并提出了相对应的构建利益平衡机制的措施,以期为联盟的可持续健康发展提供有益借鉴。The problem of benefit is the core of cooperation among the members of regional library alliance.Only by coordinating the benefit,regional cooperation can be long-term on the basis of benefit sharing.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the benefit balance of the regional library alliance,this paper clarifies the idea of constructing the benefit balance mechanism of the regional library alliance,and through the investigation and research,analyzes the insufficiency in the current benefit distribution,benefit coordination and benefit guarantee of the regional library alliance,and puts forward corresponding measures to build the benefit balance mechanism,in order to provide useful reference for the sustainable and healthy development of the alliance.
