摘  要:欧洲四国公共图书馆少儿代际阅读推广服务在服务理念、手段与方法等方面,形成了差异化竞争优势:注重多元联合推广与合作服务,强调公益性的代际阅读援助,主张利用智能媒介来增强代际阅读推广的沉浸性,注重打造个性化、定制化的代际阅读推广服务内容。借鉴其成功经验,我国公共图书馆应充分整合多元主体优势,主动为弱势群体家庭儿童提供阅读帮扶,依托智能载体拓展代际阅读服务实践边界并优化服务内容,提高代际阅读推广服务效能。The intergenerational reading promotion service of public libraries in four European countries has formed a differentiated competitive advantage in terms of service concept,means and methods,including:emphasis on non-profit intergenerational reading assistance,advocate the use of intelligent media to enhance the immersion of intergenerational reading promotion,focus on creating personalized and customized intergenerational reading promotion services.Learning from its successful experience,China’s public libraries should fully integrate the advantages of multiple subjects,take the initiative to provide reading assistance to children from disadvantaged groups,expand the practical boundary of intergenerational reading services and optimize the service contents by relying on intelligent carriers,so as to improve the effectiveness of intergenerational reading promotion services.
