摘　　要：在媒体融合时代的信息传播中,大众对图片的需求量急剧增加,图片侵权案件也迅猛增长。此时,图书馆理应建立图片数据库并做好其著作权的保护工作,为智慧全媒体生态系统创建良好的网络环境,以避免用户在使用图片时产生侵权纠纷。本文通过对国内236名图书馆从业人员网络问卷调查,结合文献调查研究,分析图书馆图片数据库著作权保护现状,梳理图片数据库著作权的法理基础,明确图书馆对其图片数据库拥有合理使用的权力,进而提出创新与优化图片数据库著作权的保护策略,以期为图书馆图片数据库著作权保护提供法理依据及借鉴。In the information dissemination of media fusion era,the public demand for pictures of a sharp increase and image infringement cases also rapid growth,the library should establish image database and do a good job in the copyright protection for all wisdom media ecological system to create a good network environment,so as to avoid infringement occurred users in the use of images.Based on network questionnaire survey conducted among 236 librarians in China,combined with the literature investigation and study,this paper analyzes the current situation of the copyright protection of the library’s image database,sorts out the legal basis of the copyright of the image database,clarifies the right of the library to reasonably use the image database,and then puts forward the protection strategies of the innovation and optimization of the copyright of the image database,so as to provide the legal basis and reference for the copyright protection of the library’s image database.
