摘　　要：灰色文献作为一种非公开出版的文献资源,对地方政治、经济、文化的发展与研究具有存史、资政双重价值。文章阐述了灰色文献资源的概念及特征,指出图书馆灰色文献资源体系建设的几点原则,梳理总结图书馆灰色文献资源体系建设现状,并提出灰色文献资源体系建设的策略:健全顶层管理设计、扩大经费支持,注重资源建设规划、明晰职能定位,重视标准化建设、提升资源整合能力,深化协同合作、推动灰色文献开放获取。As a kind of non-public publishing literature resources,grey literature has the dual value of preserving history and serving as an official in the development and research of local politics,economy and culture.This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of grey literature resources,points out some principles for the construction of grey literature resources system in libraries,sorts out and summarizes the current situation of the construction of grey literature resources system in libraries,and puts forward the strategies for the construction of grey literature system:perfecting the top management design,expanding the financial support;paying attention to the resource construction planning and clarifying the function orientation;paying attention to the standardization construction,enhancing the ability of resource integration,deepening cooperation and promoting the open access of grey literature.
