摘　　要：伴随图书馆线上服务的持续推进,儿童用户正成为隐私泄露和身份被窃的高风险人群。为保护儿童隐私安全,世界各国纷纷制定出台相关法律法规,并通过完善儿童在线隐私保护程序、对第三方服务商隐私保护成效进行审查、开展用户相关技能指导等方式,加强儿童在线隐私与安全保护。我国图书馆应建立儿童用户个人信息网络保护行业规范体系,加强对儿童及监护人相关意识和技能的培训,构建多位一体的服务模型,进一步加强儿童用户在线隐私与安全保护。With the continuous promotion of online library services,children are becoming a high-risk group for privacy disclosure and identity theft.In order to protect children’s privacy,countries in the world have formulated and promulgated relevant laws and regulations,and by improving the online privacy protection procedures for children,reviewing the privacy protection of third-party service providers,and conducting user related skills guidance to strengthen Children’s online privacy and security protection.In order to protect children’s online privacy and safety,libraries in China should establish a professional standard system for children’s personal information network protection,strengthen the training of children and their guardians’relevant awareness and skills,and build a multiple service model.
