摘 要:针对胜利油田聚合物驱后油藏非均质性特点,开展了聚合物弱冻胶-聚合物微球深部复合调驱技术探索研究。试验结果表明,聚合物微球具有较好的耐温抗盐性,在69℃孤岛回注污水中浸泡24 h溶液黏度基本无变化,浸泡30 d后聚合物微球粒径吸水膨胀倍数为42.5倍。通过层内和层间非均质岩心物模驱替试验,优选出先注入聚合物弱冻胶后注入聚合物微球的调驱方式,能够显著改善岩心非均质性,扩大注入水波及体积,提高岩心的采收率。聚合物弱冻胶-聚合物微球复合调驱技术在孤岛油田中二中区块进行了现场应用,取得了较好的效果。In consideration of the severe heterogeneity of oil reservoir of Shengli Oilfield after polymer flooding,an exploratory research was carried out to investigate the combined deep profilecontrol technology of polymer weak gel-polymer microspheres.The test results have shown that polymer microspheres have good heat resistant and salt tolerant properties,that the viscosity of the solution of microspheres change little after the microspheres are immersed in the recycled produced water from Gudao Oil Production Plant at 69℃for 24 h,and that the water-absorbent expanding multiple of the particle size of polymer microspheres is 42.5 after the microspheres are immersed for 30 d.The mode of profile control in which polymer microspheres are injected after polymer weak gel is injected first was chosen through optimization in intralayer and interlayer heterogeneous core physical simulation displacement experiments.Core heterogeneity can be reduced dramatically,sweep volume of injection water can be increased,and the recovery efficiency from core can be enhanced with this mode of profile control.Combined profile control technology of polymer weak gel-polymer microspheres was used in Block Zhongerzhong of Gudao Oilfield,and good result was achieved.
