摘 要:用浸渍-煅烧法制得CuO/γ-Al2O3催化剂催化过氧化氢处理聚合物多元醇废水。研究了不同煅烧温度下制得的CuO/γ-Al2O3催化剂的催化性能,以及CuO/γ-Al2O3催化剂投加量、过氧化氢投加量以及聚合物多元醇的初始质量浓度对聚合物多元醇的去除效果。结果表明:煅烧温度为450℃制得的催化剂CuO/γ-Al2O3的催化性能最好,增大催化剂CuO/γ-Al2O3的投加量及过氧化氢的投加量能提高聚合物多元醇的去除率,可以降低聚合物多元醇降解产物的黏均分子质量;降解产物的黏均分子质量随聚合物多元醇的初始质量分数的增加而增大。当聚合物多元醇的初始质量分数为1.0%,过氧化氢投加量为60 mL/L,催化剂CuO/γ-Al2O3的投加量为1.0 g/L,在反应温度为60℃、pH为3.0、反应进行2 h时,聚合物多元醇的去除率可达90%,聚合物多元醇降解产物的黏均分子量可以由100772降低到3192,且催化剂CuO/γ-Al2O3重复使用性能良好。CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared in an impregnation-calcination process and was used to catalyze hydrogen peroxide treated polymer polyol wastewater.The catalytic properties of CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst prepared at different calcination temperatures,the addition amount of CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst,the addition amount of hydrogen peroxide,and the effect of initial mass concentration of polymer polyol on the removal of polymer polyol were studied.The results of study have shown that catalytic properties of CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst prepared at the calcination temperature of 450℃are the best,that the removal rate of polymer polyol can be increased and the viscosity average molecular mass of the degradation products of polymer polyol can be reduced by increasing the addition amount of CuO/γ-Al2O3 or that of hydrogen peroxide,and that the viscosity average molecular mass of the degradation products increases as the initial mass fraction of polymer polyol increases.The removal rate of polymer polyol is as high as 90%,the viscosity average molecular weight of the degradation products of polymer polyol can be reduced from 100772 to 3192,and the properties of resued CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst are good when the initial mass fraction of polymer polyol is 1.0%,the addition amount of hydrogen peroxide is 60 mL/L,the addition amount of CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst is 1.0 g,the reaction temperature is 60℃,the pH value is 3.0,and the reaction time is 2 h.
