摘　　要：为反映广东省医院内部基本医疗服务价格项目管理现状,通过文件梳理分析医院内部基本医疗服务项目名称与编码规范必要性,并对10家不同专科性质的三级医院医疗服务项目价格目录进行对比分析,重点比较样本医院之间拓展项目名称与编码的异同,对医疗服务价格管理未来发展提供建议。In order to reflect the current situation of the basic medical service price item management in hospitals in Guangdong Province,through policy sorting and comparative analysis of the price lists of medical service items within 10 different specialties’hospitals,the paper focuses on comparing the similarities and differences of the expansion items between the sample hospitals,and provide suggestions for the future development.It is recommended that the standardization of medical service price item in Guangdong Province should be based on laws and regulations and the clinical practice,scientifically compile the standard.
