摘  要:研究目的:目前,超过6‰大坡道地段国内外都采用铺设小型号道岔,需要限制很低的侧向速度通过道岔区域,近年来随着我国高速铁路的不断发展,旅客对高铁的安全性、舒适性及时间性都有了更高的要求,综合考虑地形、投资、环保、速度等多方面因素,对42号道岔设置在坡度超过6‰或者更大坡度上提出新需求,但目前国内外尚无大坡道地段大型号道岔铺设、维护及运营管理的经验。本文以赤峰至京沈高铁喀左站铁路为工程背景,对相关工况下12‰坡道上铺设42号道岔的结构安全性进行论证研究,以指导工程应用。研究结论:(1)升温工况下的钢轨强度、道岔可动部分纵向位移、限位器、间隔铁螺栓剪力、无缝道岔等稳定性检算满足规范要求;(2)制(启)动工况下的钢轨强度等道岔稳定性检算满足规范要求;(3)最大升温工况与最不利制(启)动工况下的钢轨强度等道岔稳定性检算满足规范要求;(4)在现有资料和规范规定计算条件下,在12‰坡道上铺设42号有砟无缝道岔钢轨强度、道岔可动心部分位移等各项指标均未超过规范容许值,可以在此坡道上铺设42号无缝道岔;(5)本研究结论对山区高速铁路的建设具有指导意义。Research purposes:At present,small-scale turnouts are used in areas with large ramps exceeding 6‰at home and abroad,and it is necessary to limit low lateral speeds to pass through the turnout area.In recent years,with the continuous development of high-speed railways in China,passengers have higher requirements for safety,comfort,and timeliness of high-speed railway.Considering terrain,investment,environmental protection,speed and other factors comprehensively,new requirements are put forward for the installation of No.42 turnout on a slope of more than6‰or greater.However,at present,there is no experience in laying,maintenance and operation management of large-scale turnouts in large ramps at home and abroad.Taking the railway of Chifeng to Kazhou Station of Beijing-Shenyang High-speed Railway as the background,the structural safety of laying No.42 turnouts on 12‰ramps under relevant working conditions is demonstrated and studied,to guide engineering applications.Research conclusions:(1)The stability check calculations of the rail strength,the longitudinal displacement of the movable part of the turnout,the stopper,the shear force of the spacer iron bolt and the seamless turnout under the heating condition meet the requirements of the specification.(2)The turnout stability check calculations such as rail strength under working braking and starting conditions meet the specification requirements.(3)Turnout stability check calculations such as rail strength under maximum heating conditions and the most unfavorable braking and starting conditions meet the specification requirements.(4)Under the existing data and the calculation conditions specified in the code,when the No.42 seamless ballast is laid on a slope of 12‰,all indicators such as the strength of the turnout rail and the displacement of the movable center of the turnout do not exceed the allowable value of the specification.Therefore,the No.42 seamless turnout can be laid on this ramp.(5)The research conclusions can be of great guiding significance
