摘　　要：为评价区域发展环境对广西经济增长的影响,并提出优化改进方案,本文构建了评价区域经济发展环境的指标体系,利用广西2004年到2018年的统计数据,应用主成分分析法,对广西区域经济环境发展综合指数进行了计算和评价,并在此基础上使用VAR模型,分析区域经济发展环境的显性指标和隐性指标对广西经济增长的影响。分析结果表明:显性指标可以提高广西的经济增长速度,而隐性指标可以促进广西经济增长的稳定性。广西为实现高质量发展需要区域发展环境显性指标与隐性指标的有效融合。In order to evaluate the impact of regional development environment on Guangxi’s economic growth and put forward the optimization and improvement plan,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of regional economic development environment.Based on the data of Guangxi from 2004 to 2018,the comprehensive index of regional economic environment development was calculated and evaluated by using the principal component analysis method.On this basis,The VAR model is used to analyze the influence of explicit and implicit indicators of regional economic environment on Guangxi’s economic growth.The results show that the explicit index can improve the economic growth rate of Guangxi,while the implicit index can promote the stability of economic growth.In order to achieve high-quality development,Guangxi needs the effective integration of regional environmental explicit and implicit indicators.
